The District’s policy is to promptly, economically and efficiently provide records to the requesting public and the taxpayers of the District. Most public records are available and may be copied from this page. Others will be produced as follows.
The District’s public records are available for copying from this website, including: Financial Information, Agendas, Minutes, Enabling Act, Hospital Lease and other matters.
Public Records not on this website may be requested as follows: (1) by submission on this website; or (2) by delivery to Gail Escobar, Records Custodian at 600 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870; or by emailing Gail Escobar at GEscobar@HighlandsFl.gov.
The Records Custodian will advise of the required deposit and availability of the requested records.
