The Hospital District Board Meetings are held in the Boardroom of the Highlands County Government Center, 600 South Commerce Avenue in Sebring, Florida.

- 24 September 2026 @ 1:30 pm — Regular Meeting
- 29 October 2026 @ 1:30 pm – Regular Meeting
- 19 November 2026 @ 1:30 pm — Regular Meeting
- 10 December 2026 @ 1:30 pm – Regular Meeting
- 28 January 2027 @ 1:30 pm – Regular Meeting
- 25 February 2027 @ 1:30 pm – Regular Meeting
